Every maple product we make starts with wood-fired Vermont maple syrup, boiled right here in Danville, Vermont. Wood firing produces a richer, more complex syrup than commercially processed alternatives — you can taste the difference. From our habanero and scotch bonnet pepper maple cream to our experimental cacao bars, we use wood fired maple syrup as the foundation for everything we create. All maple products are gluten-free and vegan.
