Maple syrup, maple sugar, hot maple sugar, maple cream, maple candy, maple everything. Made in small batches, without the use of reverse osmosis, with wood fire. Sap is collected from a sugar bush of around 700 trees, at 2,000 foot elevation, in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.
