Quarter Pound Hot Pepper Maple Cream - 'Mayan Red’

A quarter pound glass jar of Maple Cream made with wood fired Vermont maple syrup and dried organically grown "Red Thai's" from a local farm.

Medium heat and strong pepper flavor. This batch has a little kick, but certainly will not melt your face.

We recommend spreading it on everything... Especially on a warm corn tortilla, beneath the fillings of a taco. On top of a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich? Or a dollop in a coffee!
