About

About Mountain Fire Farm

Mountain Fire Farm is a small, community-centered farm nestled in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, in Danville, VT. We grow heirloom and open-pollinated crops, raise heritage Mangalitsa pigs, and produce wood-fired maple syrup the old-fashioned way — boiled right here in Danville.

How We Farm

We practice closed-loop regenerative agriculture, meaning the byproducts from one part of our operation feed the next. Our chickens, pigs, and maple production all generate organic matter that cycles back into the soil, building fertility naturally over time. We save and propagate seeds from our own stock each season, selecting for varieties that are locally acclimated to Vermont's climate and growing conditions.

Our Products

Everything we make starts with what we grow. Our maple products are made exclusively with wood-fired Vermont maple syrup — a process that produces a deeper, more complex flavor than commercially processed syrup.

All of our edible products are gluten-free.
