Maple Cream Quarter Pound

A glass jar filled with a quarter pound of maple cream made with wood fired Vermont maple syrup. And nothing else. 

Excellent on everything you would consider maple syrup - pancakes, waffles - but even better on sandwiches, barbecue, fish, and fried calamari.
