Quarter Pound MILD Pepper Maple Cream

A quarter pound glass jar of Maple Cream made with wood fired Vermont maple syrup and a mix of a very small amount of habanero peppers. Don't let the habanero part fool you - this Mild is very mild.

Low to Very Low heat. If you don't frequently enjoy spicy foods due to the high burn, this product was made for you. A very mild heat that is most frequently described as "warming". The way the capsaicin binds to the sugar seems to mellow out the burn. If you regularly consume spicy foods, you might not even notice the spice.

We recommend spreading it on everything, but we think the mild is an outstanding addition to most charcuterie boards. It is also great on top of a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. Or a dollop in a coffee. Smeared on a pulled pork sandwich. Warmed up to loosen, and drizzled over asparagus or carrots or fried calamari.
