Experimental Cacao Bar 001 - spicy

This cacao bar was made with our Hot Pepper Maple Sugar and a blend of heirloom Peruvian fermented cacao and Mexican washed cacao. 

This bar has a mild-medium level of spice that appears on the back end of the bite.

This bar was custom made for us by Prophecy Chocolate, in Morrisville Vermont, using direct trade cacao.
